In a Reiki session, you will be comfortably seated or lying down as I channel Universal Life force energy (Ki) through my hands; gently guiding it into the areas of your body and spirit (chakras/energy centers) that are calling for support. You may experience warmth, tingling sensations, or deep relaxation as your body absorbs the healing energy.
It’s not about me giving you energy—it’s about activating your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Lastly, I will then end the session with a sound bath to further the treatment. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, offering a deeply personalized and transformative experience.
