The female Menstrual Cycle has four phases: Menstruation, Follicular phase, Ovulation and the Luteal phase. During the menstruation phase, this is when a women's energy is at its lowest. Around this time it is best to take it easy, that is why the herbs in this blend allow just that.
***Best taken a week before and during period.
Each bag contains about 15 teaspoons of herbs.
Depending on how potent you want the tea, use one teaspoon to a tablespoon for each cup of tea.

Shelby Noelle So I have issues with inconsistent periods. I hadn't had mt period in over two months so I bought this tea hoping it might help. I only had to drink two cups (on two separate days) before my period showed up! Not only that, but my typically nauseating cramps were so mild that I didn't even need painkillers. Will be buying this tea consistently for the rest of my life! Or at least until menopause lol!
