Depending on how potent you want the tea, use one teaspoon to a tablespoon for each cup of tea.

Hits the spot to the “Tea”😊

Had a tea party with a couple of my friends. This blend made all of us extremely calm and relaxed. Using the steamer really brought out the sweet, subtle taste that the herbs naturally secretes on its own. Amazing by itself but if you add three lemon juice drops…..now that’s a whole new joyful experience.
