What to Expect:

• New Moon Herbal Tea –  All students will be able to curate their own herbal elixir according to their individual need. 

• Guided Intention-Setting Ritual – Release what no longer serves you and plant the seeds for your next chapter.

•Meditation – Center yourself with a calming meditation to align with the energy of new beginnings.

• Journaling & Affirmations – Write down your intentions and use affirmations to anchor your visions.
